Pinner Plate Movie Competition
The Pinner Plate is an annual competition between Potters Bar FilmMakers and Harrow Film Makers which has been going continuously since 1975. Each club presents a programme of videos up to a maximum of 40 minutes. The winner is the club which, in the judge's opinion produces the most entertaining programme.
