Pictures from Way Back!

I think that it is only right to pay homage to those who were in at the beginning of our club's activities way back in the early 1950s. After all, they were not blessed with all the digital gadgets and cameras which we enjoy today.  Nor were they lucky enough to have the very powerful computers which enable us to edit our films at the click or drag of a mouse!  No ... they did it the hard way!
Oh for the splicing machines of yesteryear ...  and the threading of spools ... and the gladsome clatter of a projector in full swing ... and the darkness ... and the ooohs & ahhhhs!

Christine provides us with some pictures from that era ... which was actually before even her time! Any more information which our longer-serving members can provide about these photographs would be appreciated ...

Can you contribute to our Club Archive?

We would be pleased to receive pictures from present and past members, especially ones which show members 'in action'.
